Arthur Kill is a planned future station on the Staten Island Railway (SIR) that will replace the Atlantic and Nassau stations. It will be accessible to disabled persons and include a 150-car parking lot on property owned by SIR. The station was expected to be complete by 2010,[1] but due to a lack of funding in the capital program, the opening has been delayed indefinitely.[2][3]
